Update 89 - Quest Guidance

Tweaked Quest Guidance. Before, there have been (!)-Icons at the screen border, but they were "out of sight" and harder to notice (especially when one didn't know that they exist). Now, there are little arrows closer to the player ship and with that closer where the player actually looks at.
