Minelayer

• Added Version 1.0 (static) and 2.0 (follows enemies) for the Minelayer.

• Ghosts also lay mines! Careful!

Bugfixing

• Ships were flickering/shooting like crazy when performance was too high (higher than 60 FPS)
• Damage FX on Ship is now correctly adjusted to health points
• Health Regeneration now works! (base value was 0.0 so that upgrade multipliers did nothing)
